The Hampshire Food Festival will return this July with a month-long line up of food and farming events and businesses are being sought to get involved.
It will be the eighteenth annual food festival organised by Hampshire Fare and the group is on the look out for new events for 2018.
Those who rear, grow, make, sell or serve local produce can get involved in Hampshire’s celebration of local food and farming.
The festival takes place across the county and lasts from July 1 to 31 and current events include masterclasses, markets, pop-up dining, tours, tastings, dining offers, Hampshire-themed menus and more.
The only stipulation is that an event must involve local produce.
Tracy Nash, commercial manager of Hampshire Fare, said: “Our award-winning festival lasts throughout July and celebrates the talent behind our county’s amazing food and farming. Each year the festival delivers a line up of over 60 events which take place across Hampshire.
“This year we are eager to get new businesses involved. So, if you are a supporter of local food, get in touch.”
Events are also marketed by Hampshire Fare and highlighted on its website and social media.
